Throughout his career, from conceptualization and design to prototyping and large-scale production, Michele lead projects across the entire product development lifecycle. Beyond his technical proficiency, he excels in leadership, cross-functional collaboration, project management, and strategic decision-making. His set of skills are the perfect combination to take Syenta materials development to the next stage.
